Office Coordinator/Administrative Support – CLOSED

We are constantly looking for administrative professionals to work for our clients in the public and private sector.

To be successful, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years office administration experience in various industries.  You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and be able to learn new tasks quickly.  You must be able to take minutes, create reports and provide administrative and general office support.

Some of the administrative positions will be assisting senior management teams, therefore, the ability to work within all levels of organizations is important.

A Diploma/Degree and/or certificate plus related experience is required.  There will be a skill/knowledge testing required in Microsoft Office programs and office administration.
