Administrative Support – Calgary, AB Public Sector – FILLED

We are accepting applicantions on behalf of our clients in the provincial government to work as an Administrative Support in their downtown office in Calgary. The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills as he/she will work with the AIMS database, SharePoint site, Word, Exclaim, ARTS, etc. Must have excellent interpersonal and comnmunication skills. Experience managing busy calendars for scheduling and appointments as well as arranging travel arrangement and accomodations.
This position involves dealing and working with higher level of the ministry and requires the ability to build a strong working relationships while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Summary of Skills/Qualifications Required:
• University Degree/College Diploma plus related experience
• Experience working for the government preferred but not a mandatory
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Please note that this is a temporary full-time position (Monday to Friday 8:15-4:30 pm) for 2-3 months plus that could possibly turn into a long term position for the right individual.  Must be able to start immediately.
