Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – FILLED

We are currently looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate must have minimum 2 years related experience. Experience handling phones with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant must present a professional manner in person and on the phone while maintaining the front office and general office duties. Must pride themselves on the ability to provide top quality customer service — internally and externally.

DUTIES and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-2 years office administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel/Word/PowerPoint
• Ability to learn other computer programs quickly
• Processing Accounts Payable and Rental Fleet – not a requirement but an asset
• Prioritizing, organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary
• Office opening and closing procedures
• Answering incoming calls during business hours
• Checking voice mailboxes throughout the day and maintaining phone lists
• Recording and maintaining all required system greetings
• Incoming and Outgoing couriers and mail
• Support for and training of co-workers
• Greeting all visitors to the office (clients, vendors, etc.)
• Ensuring meeting areas are clean and stocked with supplies
• Monitoring and ordering of office supplies
• Photocopier maintenance, including monitoring and ordering of supplies and arranging service when required
• Filing and other miscellaneous office duties
• And other general office duties and front office administration as required
