Marketing Coordinator-High Rise Condominium – FILLED

Our client is an established and expanding Real Estate Developer seeking a Marketing Coordinator for its Multifamily Division, developing several High Rise Condominium projects across Alberta.

With projects ready to break ground now, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Multifamily Division.

This role requires 3+ years of related experience. High Rise experience is favoured and experience within a general contractor building retail, office, leisure and healthcare facilities is preferred.


The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Senior Vice President, Multifamily.

The candidate’s responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the creation of the Multifamily Division website within the Corporate Brand Standards and maintaining thereafter.
  • Maintaining Social Media websites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Liaising with the internal sales team and assisting them with promotions and coordinating sales materials as needed
  • Coordinating events, including planning menus, coordinating décor, managing RSVP lists as well as other components as directed by the Senior Vice President, Multifamily
  • Coordinating the creation of Presentation and Sales Centres as needed

  • Communicating with clients regarding quotes, products, and ensuring their details are kept current
  • Planning and organizing promotional presentations and maintaining marketing calendar
  • Keeping promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with Marketing Manager as well as external graphics departments, inventorying stock, placing orders and verifying receipt
  • Monitoring sales analysis and trends as needed


  • All project documents including submittals, sales forecasts, marketing brochures, correspondence, minutes, etc. are complete, accurate and controlled;
  • All submittals are processed in a timely manner;
  • Upgrades to Multifamily Division’s website are recorded in a timely manner;
  • Task work by Senior Vice President, Multifamily, Development Manager and Marketing Manager is minimized;
  • Communications are effective and concise such that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date;
    • Positive relationships:
      • Develop new relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and trades;
      • Enhance relationships with existing clients, consultants, suppliers and trades;


The successful candidate will have completed formal post-secondary education or acceptable on-going self-directed continuing education related to marketing. This individual has previous 3+ years of Marketing and or Event Management experience with exceptional communication skills. He/she will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) as well as Microsoft Office Suite and will possess the ability to learn new software as required.

He/she will be a self-starter with a high energy personality who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Excellent knowledge of all Social Media platforms would be an asset.

The capacity to grow beyond this position is available.


Base Salary:                           $40,000 to $50,000

Short Term Incentive:             Performance based bonus program
